Delivery and Shipping Information
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs depend on the size of your order and your location. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For large furniture items, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

At Prexalonchodyrex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your decorating products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process to make things right.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom). If you bought at a distance (online, by phone or post), you have a legal right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We offer an extended 30-day return window as an additional benefit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (your statutory cancellation period is 14 days)
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Personalized decor items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been assembled or modified
- Fabric samples and color swatches
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
For large furniture items, please contact us to arrange a collection. Additional fees may apply for oversized items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To request an exchange, please contact our team with your order details and preferred replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage and your order information. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, or to request a repair or replacement. We will always meet these statutory obligations.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
